Why does God have His people establish rituals? If you forget to be thankful and appreciative the things that God has done for you, you eventually grow lustful, indigent and unsatisfied. You have to remember the goodness of God or you will slip into depravity. Rituals help establish those memories.

If you’re not faithful to commit yourself to the works of God, the love and affection towards God eventually fades.
